This page is a manually-maintained summary, not an automated monitoring dashboard — there's no live uptime feed behind it. For anything urgent, [contact us](contact.html) directly rather than relying on this page being current to the minute.

## Components

**Plugin dashboard** — runs inside your own WordPress install. Its availability depends on your own hosting, not on us.

**AI relay** — the service that meters and proxies AI generation requests (Claude, and image generation via Gemini/OpenAI) so you don't need your own API keys. Hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform.

**Ad platform connections** — the one-time Meta and Google sign-in (OAuth) handshake passes through our relay, which holds the app credentials. After that, API calls go directly from your site to Meta/Google; we don't proxy that traffic, so an outage on their end shows up as an error in your dashboard, not ours.

**Email/SMS providers** — Klaviyo, SendGrid, and Attentive are third-party services we integrate with, not services we run. Their status pages are the authoritative source if a send looks stuck.

## Known constraints

- WP-Cron (which drives scheduled syncs and the email queue) only fires on real site traffic unless you've configured a real system cron — see the plugin's own Settings help text if scheduled jobs seem delayed.
- TikTok Ads and TikTok organic publishing are not live yet — see the [Roadmap](roadmap.html).
