Is there a free trial on paid plans?

Annual or monthly — which should I pick?
Annual is the default and saves roughly 20-25% versus paying monthly. Prefer flexibility? Every paid tier also offers monthly billing at a slight premium, and you can move from annual to monthly at renewal.
What happens if I hit my generation cap?
You can wait for the monthly reset or upgrade a tier. We never auto-charge surprise overages.
Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes. Fire Your Agency hooks into Woo products, orders, and customer segments. Plain WordPress alone won't cut it.
Where do my API keys live?
Encrypted (AES-256) in your WP options table, derived from your WP salts. Your Klaviyo and SendGrid keys never leave your site. Meta and Google sign-in passes through our relay once during the OAuth handshake and the resulting tokens are stored only on your site.
Can I switch tiers?

What model powers the AI?
Anthropic Claude for all copy generation. We don't use your generations to train any model.

Why do I connect my account to use AI on the free plan?
Copy and images are written by our service, which needs to know which site is asking so it can count that site's monthly generations. Connecting is optional, and it is the only thing that shares your site URL and Freemius install ID with us. Until you connect, the free plugin sends us nothing. History, attribution and settings work either way.
Does the free plugin track my visitors?
Only visitors who arrive through a link with UTM parameters, and only so their order can be attributed: a 30-day first-party cookie, the UTM values, and the page address, stored in your own database. None of it is sent to us. You may want to mention it in your own privacy policy.
